Featuring a spacious lanai with tropical landscape views and a private spiral staircase leading to the beach path and tennis court, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath floor plan will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests after the bedroom remodel in summer 2024 (new pictures to come).
The rental will include two master bedrooms with King beds and a smaller bedroom with two Twin beds. The first master bedroom has a private bath with a large walk-in shower and built-in vanity. The second master bedroom has a separate dressing room and direct access to a full bath. The third bedroom, with two Twin beds, is directly across from the second full bath.
Enjoy a newly remodeled open-concept kitchen with a central island and high-end appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo, and a separate laundry room. Central AC and ceiling fans are in all rooms. Smart TVs for satellite and internet streaming apps are available in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
