Come visit and spend a memorable vacation on Sanibel Island! This pretty and spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking third-floor unit offers a view of the gulf and lush grounds from the large screened lanai off the living room/dining room. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters and ice-maker in freezer. Other amenities include central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD player in living room, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee.
You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Amenities include tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants.
