The Master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers 1 queen and 1 Twin trundle bed, TV, and full bathroom with tub/shower combination located just outside. The spacious living area features new furniture, a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, and DVD Player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened-in porch with porch furniture and a very nice view of the gulf overlooking the courtyard. The updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a small dining area nearby. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.
Bedding: King in the Master Bedroom with one Queen bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7-night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
