All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery.*** Located in a small, family-friendly complex with only 40 units located on Middle Gulf Drive, this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor walk-up (sorry, no elevator) unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms plus a loft that has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping space. The loft is open to the living area, for an open and airy feel. You and your guests will enjoy this beautiful unit with updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The condo has 3 Smart TV's with YouTubeTV and streaming with high speed internet! The owner provides beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for your convenience. Complex amenities include heated pool, gas grills and a tennis/pickleball court. *This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit, no elevator.* *1 Parking space is allotted per unit.* *There are no additional spots for an additional car or guest parking.* **Compensation or refunds due to closed amenities during your stay** *Oversized vehicles, including larger SUV's, trucks, and vans will not be permitted.*
