This exceptional condo is on the second floor over parking, so you can enjoy the wide, sweeping views of the gulf beaches from nearly every vantage point. The large and open floor plan allows for a dining area large enough to entertain, with views of the beach, and seating for everyone. The modern kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully outfitted with countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy. The community is located directly on the beach and views of the Gulf of Mexico are available everywhere seaward of the main building. The common area showcases a heated pool, spa, tropical landscaping, and more. The beach is just a leisurely walk through the native landscaping down the boardwalk. It is adjacent to the shared-use bike path, and mid-Island is only minutes away by car or bike, where guests can stroll and enjoy the sundry Island shopping and dining experiences. The over-sized master suite is bigger than some condos on the Island, and features a king bed, panoramic views of the beach and Gulf, a large closet, and an en-suite private bathroom. The secondary bedroom also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom, great for couples traveling together or extended family who need a little more space and privacy. The third bedroom is host to twin beds, and perfect for kids or guests. This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology. This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option to check-in directly to the property.
