Enjoy the vista from the 3rd floor wrap-around, screened lanai, or from the master bedroom (also with direct lanai access). Generous sleeping for families in guest bedroom and den that closes off for privacy. Renovated this year with new tile, bedding, 2 new sofas, fresh coat of paint, artwork and flat panel TVs. Beautiful unit with a beautiful view! This location offers superb shelling, extensive biking, plus quaint shops, art galleries and great restaurants nearby. Sundial complex offers elevator, WiFi, and Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building. Bed configuration: King in master, 2 Queen beds in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps a total of 6 people. No smoking in the unit or on the lanai. Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities. Resort amenities are governed by Sundial Beach Resort and Spa and additional resort amenities may not be available. Please check with the Royal Shell Vacations reservation staff for more information, including a list of local vendors that rent items such as beach equipment, bicycles, and baby equipment. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property. The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
