This unit offers 3 TVs, free wi-fi, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Sanibel Surfside offers pool, tennis and BBQ Grills on-site. Guests have use of owners outside storage closet, contains assorted beach items, but no guarantee as to quantity or quality at any given time, due to wear and tear. 7 night minimum stay. Sleeps 6. Beds K/TT/SS. The Sanibel Surfside complex does not permit smoking in the individual unit or its lanai, also there is no smoking near cabanas. Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property.
