Newly renovated and highly sought, this ia a top floor corner unit with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico! You can relax in the open living, dining and kitchen areas while enjoying views of both the beach and gulf. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental with everything you need to make your vacation memorable. It has a large flat-screen HDTV along with DVD and DVR (tape while you're on the beach!) in the living room. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig coffeemaker. This unit also has a washer/dryer, flat screen HDTVs in bedrooms (DVD in guest bedroom), free SECURE wi-fi, master en suite with walk-in shower and guest bathroom with tub/shower combination! Guests have access to owners' outside storage room which contains beach chairs and toys. The beach is a short walk on a boardwalk through native vegetation. King bed in master, 2 twins in guest bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living area. 7-night minimum stay. Sleeps 6. No smoking. The Sanddollar complex is located mid-island on Sanibel and offers a heated swimming pool, three tennis courts, a pickleball court, elevators, gas barbecue grills, lush landscaping and is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, 26 miles of paved bike paths, nature preserves, fishing, and golf.
