Gulf View Sanibel Island vacation condo has been beautifully renovated and consists of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with views of the Gulf. Recently upgraded living room furniture make it the perfect beach getaway. The fully equipped, updated kitchen now enjoys granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all new cabinetry. The screened lanai with coastal blue wicker furniture looks out to both the beach and the pool. Guests are given a key to our outside storage locker so that they can use beach chairs and toys. Curl up with TVs in both the bedrooms and in the living room as well as the DVD/ VCR combo and CD Stereo system. A private beach community offering guests use of the pool; BBQ grills, tennis courts, and has an elevator in both the buildings.
