The master and guest bedrooms are located at the far end of the condo from the front door and each boast a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. The half bath is located adjacent and en-suite to the master bedroom while the full bath is located in the hallway of the unit. The living room is spacious with a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping additional guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you need to cook the second you arrive on island. The patio is located off of the front door and overlooks Sanibel Marina and San Carlos Bay, along with multiple canal systems. It is a sunrise oriented view. This unit is located on the second floor and guests will need to climb two small double sets of stairs to access the unit, as this community does not have an elevator system. There is a large pool on site, as well as communal laundry rooms, and tennis courts that are available for guest use.
PLEASE NOTE- Sanibel experience significant damage from Hurricane Ian in September of 2022 and there is still work occurring on island and to Tennisplace. While most projects have been completed in this community, there still may be workers on site and materials staged throughout the grounds. Certain amenities will not be available until 2024, including the pool. Washer and dryer room is functioning and available to guests.
