Guests who cook at home will appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for preparing gourmet meals. Located adjacent to the kitchen guests will find a large dining table capable of seating six adults comfortably. The residence also features a large laundry room with washer and dryer. Finally, the home features a large patio to the left of the front door perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or afternoon drink on while staring into the lush vegetation opposite you.
At a community level, it features a large heated pool to relax in and multiple tennis courts, perfect for spending your more active days while on vacation. Guests enjoy full access to these amenities during their stay. The pool and tennis courts are just a short 2-3 minute stroll from the front door of this residence.
