This second floor vacation condo is located just feet from white sandy beaches that we are known for. This particular condo has been completely renovated and presents two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will require for dining and entertaining during your stay. You will even enjoy the in condo laundry room that now has a full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The gorgeous remodeled kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom which has a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV inside an entertainment console. The unit features a fantastic oversized patio that overlooks the lush, green, grounds and community pool. This residence is sure to impress with its fantastic location and amenities. The complex is a three story building with only 18 privately owned condos nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds. It is located only 100 yards from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Its limited number of units and location contributes to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located to the bike paths of Sanibel.
