This updated Sanibel Island vacation condo can accommodate up to six guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom and first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom that has an accordion door to open/close for privacy. There are two bathrooms (one is en-suite in the primary bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, spacious living area and screened lanai with seating and views out to the courtyard, pond and Gulf of Mexico. A very unique feature of this unit is the private cabana room featuring cornhole on the ground level with a spiral staircase leading up to the lanai. That makes it very convenient to easily access the beach and pool without going back up the stair or elevator.
Please note that this is a privately managed condominium and not part of the resort. There are resort amenities including the main pool with slide, beach service and pool lounges at the main pool that are not accessible to non-resort guests. While you won't have certain resort amenities, you have access to the association pool, beach (we include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels), save over resort rates, never pay a daily resort fee and you get to book the exact unit you see online.
