This residence is a third-floor luxury condo and one of the best situated and appointed in all of the resort (more than 168 units so this is indeed saying something). It features a direct gulf front exposure and is positioned parallel to the beach (unlike most units in this development that feature only angled views) with two private balconies, one with a sunset-facing orientation and the other with a beachfront orientation. As can be seen in the pictures, this unit is fantastically appointed and upgraded, featuring multiple flat-screen TVs, new appliances, granite countertops, an elevated sitting area in living room, and renovated bathrooms. Unit includes premium cable, high-speed wifi, and smart keyless entry. Additionally, two bikes are included for free with this unit. This is truly a special property that has so much to offer! For those unfamiliar with the location of this residence, it is situated on the desirable East End of Sanibel, which is equidistant to almost every sought after beach on Sanibel and directly facing Sanibel`s Lighthouse Beach, widely considered its best. You will be near to restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle-bustle that can characterize island life during the season. This location is also advantageous in that it provides quick on and off access to the causeway, as to allow guests a quick commute into and from Fort Myers without having to contest Seasonal traffic.
