Welcome to this beautiful beachfront home, featuring 10 spacious bedrooms and 11 well-appointed bathrooms. The living area is simply stunning, and the home boasts multiple decks including a large rooftop deck with a spa, as well as a beachfront covered patio area where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the tools and supplies you need to prepare a large holiday meal. With 3 levels of living and a rooftop deck, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy this amazing home. The beach access is within 31-35 steps from the home, and parking for up to 5 cars is available, with 4 spaces in the garage and 1 in the driveway parked horizontally. Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA, with a permit required to park at the office. Please make sure to come into the office for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please leave us an email. It's important to note that all homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than shown in the photos. For your convenience, we offer additional amenities upon request, including a crockpot and mini waffle maker, subject to availability. There are plenty of local attractions nearby, including the Oceanside Harbor, which is just a short 12-minute drive or 3 miles away. The popular Legoland theme park is also within easy reach, just 16 minutes or 6.5 miles from the home. For those looking to swim, the Brooks Street Swim Center is a public pool located just 7 minutes or 2.9 miles away. Finally, the Wave Water Park in Vista, CA is only 14 minutes or 7.9 miles from the home.
