Walking distance to Torrey Pines State Park, and just a 20-minute drive to LEGOLAND and Downtown San Diego! The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, grill, and quaint fenced-in patio. The dining room holds a large glass dining table that seats six. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, and seating for four. The living room has a futon that folds down to accommodate sleeping for 2! The deck off the upstairs living room is the showstopper of this home! The unobstructed views make it a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee or catch a breathtaking sunset over the ocean at night. There is a half bath on this level as well. Head on downstairs to find both bedrooms, bathrooms, and a lovely deck that connects both rooms. The master has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and office desk for your use. The second bedroom has an extra-large twin bed, tons of closet space, and is directly across the hall from the second full bathroom. Please note both bathrooms have showers only. You will find a washer/dryer and parking for two cars in the garage. Please note this home sleeps no more than 5 guests and is not pet friendly. Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or childproofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children.
