Upon entering the first level of the home, there is a large beautiful granite kitchen with stainless appliances and cherry wood cabinetry, and an oceanfront living room with amazing views. There is also a private courtyard area, perfect for barbecuing. The first level is the master bedroom and bathroom, all with ocean views, and an enclosed veranda/sunroom area for either accommodating extra guests or enjoying dinner as you watch the sun go down. One level down you will find another gorgeous living space with a huge beachfront balcony/patio. Another level down is your sand level, with a game room, a patio, and a private beach area, along with a bathroom for convenience. Central AC is available for those hot sunny days. This unit has a 2-car garage with extra parking available.
