Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the walk-in closet located in the master suite and parking garage as its currently being used for storage. Pool, jacuzzi, backyard, and deck are restricted from 10 pm-8 am to adhere to SD City noise ordinances.
Other things to note
-Just as it's our goal to provide an impeccable 5-star experience to all our guests, we expect the same respect to be shown to our neighbors during your stay.
-Please be cautious of your behavior throughout your stay toward our neighbors especially relating to noise, trash, and parking in the vicinity of the property.
-Extra fees apply if guests elect to heat the pool and jacuzzi and to use the AC. Pool heating brings the temperature to 85 degrees.
-The pool temperature from April-September is naturally between 78-85+ degrees for those months so pool heating is not necessary.
-We suggest saving on cost and only use the second floor AC from April-September as the first floor remains fairly cool.
-AC is typically not needed from October-March on either floor.
-The playroom/den has its own sofa sleeper and door for full privacy and is classified as our 5th bedroom.
-The blue recliner in the 5th bedroom/playroom transforms into a small double bed and is classified as one of our double beds.
-The yellow futon in the first-floor master bedroom is classified as one of our sofa sleepers.
-The day bed with trundle is classified as two of our small double beds.
-We only provide 1 roll of paper towels per reservation.
