This lovely duplex is a 60 sec. walk to one of the best beaches in all of Del Mar. The duplex has a Master bedroom and a full bathroom, a king bed, and a flat screen TV on the first floor. There is also access to the fenced patio, with a BBQ, from the master. Up a set of stairs are the two other bedrooms and another full bathroom. The first has a queen bed, the second has a full bed on the bottom with a twin bed on top (bunk beds), and another twin mattress below. We also have a pack and play, kids toys & a high chair in the closet for little ones that visit.
The vintage kitchen, living room and dining room are all on the second floor. Super open and bright and with views. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen TV mounted to the wall, air conditioning, a skylight that opens and a convertible sofa. The air conditioning is a wall unit in the living room. Air does flow around the upstairs to the other rooms, but there is only one AC unit that is located in the living room. The dining room table can seat 6 and we have a high chair.
There is a 1 car garage on the first level, so parking will never be an issue. There is also additional on street parking.
You can walk to The Brigantine, Jakes, Poseidon, 15th Street, The Del Mar Race Track, and Dog Beach from this beach house too. We have foam surf boards, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs. We also have indoor toys for the kids for indoor fun!
