Also there is a private bath on this floor, perfect for the grandparents or teens who want their "own space". The first floor also has an oversized washer and dryer and indoor stair access to the main house. The main entrance to the rest of the house starts on the 2nd floor. It boasts of a large patio with beautiful teak furniture and ample seating for guests. Enjoy grilling and dining while steps away from the deep blue ocean. The beautiful brick flooring, fireplace and a large "sunken living room" provides comfort when catching up with friends and family. The crew’s cook will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area as well as a kitchen nook which provides seating for 14.
