Guests can share the home with the lower level having a second large living room, kitchen, patio and private entrance. Located in at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas in Northern San Diego, this beach house was built in 2008 and has been completely updated in 2014. Don't worry about traffic or parking at the beach when you rent this vacation rental you are right there! Each level of this vacation home features its own living room, kitchen, patio and entrance, and a perfect accommodation option for large families of all ages, or for corporate retreats. There are 6 contemporary spacious bedrooms, and the office can be made up as another bedroom ( foam sofa bed). The house is right across from a very popular beach which boasts volleyball courts, playground, and restaurant . Enjoy beach and ocean views from the large living/dining/kitchen areas and the master and 2nd bedrooms. Presenting two main living areas with two full kitchens, both featuring top of the line appliances. The TV room has a huge sofa that can fit and 70 inch HDTV. There are also a large 55 inch HDTV’s in the living room and master bedroom. Two patios with ocean views. The main level outdoor patio Includes ocean views and a counter height bar/dining set for 12 guests. The ground floor level patio is shaded with swaying palms around its lawn, it has a hot outdoor shower, a large circular sofa set, a double dining set for 10, and a barbecue. This patio provides direct access to the beach.
