Check out an array of shops and eateries, or pack a picnic and head to a local park. The famous Del Mar racetrack is also just a 6-minute drive from home. The living areas are beautifully appointed and furnished smart TV in the main living room. The gas fireplace adds a warm ambience.A full-size sleeper sofa and smart TV in the media room is the perfect spot for apres beach family fun. Occupying the entire top floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed and a private deck and seating. and ocean views. The second bedroom is also well appointed with a private fenced patio with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The front patio, where you can dine alfresco at an umbrella-shaded table and enjoys the gas fire pit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs, and two bicycles are provided and driveway parking is available for three cars, parked in tandem. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some windows in the home are free of coverings and offer ample natural light. This upscale neighborhood is not suitable for loud groups. Although the home is less than a block from the Pacific, steep bluffs may make access difficult; and as such the nearest beach access point is just a13-minute walk away.
