This luxurious residence is a combination of two remodeled Cape Cod-inspired side-by-side oceanfront condos, with a three-bedroom, four-bath home on one side and a four-bedroom, four-bath, home on the other. Collectively 23 guests can sleep comfortably in beds. Both ooze charm and modern elegance with 180° ocean and sunset views from all 3 of their levels. Enter these homes and find yourself in a room with sleeping accommodations for two, a flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator. On each of the ground floors, there is also a bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Both also have an ocean view hot tub on this first-floor patio - one also has a hanging swing. The second floors boast beautifully furnished great rooms with a living room area with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. It is accompanied by a modern kitchen with a bar equipped with four high-top stools and a dining table for eight. There are also full baths on this floor.
