There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing upstairs. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave! PARKING: 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier - wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sailboat out at the harbor. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless number of delicious restaurants Mary's Family Restaurant) and cafes for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Location to beach: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. All homes in Oceanside CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
