All beach homes in Oceanside sit behind a rock barrier to protect from ocean surges. The beach conditions beyond the barrier can change quickly with tides and storms—so while you may have soft sand one day, it could be pebbly the next. We can’t guarantee sand levels, but we can guarantee the views will always be spectacular.
