There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing upstairs. This is a perfect private getaway for anyone that wants an escape from home! The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the unit boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave! PARKING: 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage Enjoy vast ocean views and our year-round beautiful climate, and adorable downtown attractions make it the perfect setting for a beach getaway. Location to beach: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. All homes in Oceanside CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
