Each room has high end ceiling fans which will provide comfort during the summer months. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room with cable TV package included. A shared courtyard features shaded space to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There is also a shared laundry center with front loader washer and dryers.

1 BEDROOM – Sleep comfortably on a (California King Size bed). This unit includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies. (Sleeps 4)
2 BEDROOM – Guests will love this 2 bedroom unit, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom 1 offers (King Sized Bed), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds), and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. (Sleeps 6)
3 BEDROOM – Relax and enjoy the largest unit in this complex. Offering a stunning view of the ocean from the bar on the deck, guests can enjoy a relaxed living space complete with bar stools, a dining room table, sofa sleeper and flat screen TV in the front room. Bedrooms include king sized bed, queen sized bed, two twins and a sofa sleeper. (sleeps 8)
As with most beach homes his unit is not equipped with AC.
