This is the closest townhome to the beach and tucked off of Coast Boulevard, and a short walk to the beach.

The perfect beach townhouse in the perfect location of the Beach Colony in Del Mar. Completely renovated with high end finishes throughout. Open floor plan with private patio and fireplace off living room, and relaxing deck off the upstairs master bedroom. There are three bedrooms, the master has a king bed and is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is upstairs and has 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination - which is great for kids. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and cable and the home is equipped with free WIFI. There is a communal pool just steps from the front door and you have 2 covered parking spots in the secured garage. Walk into the exclusive town of Del Mar with all the restaurants, bars & boutiques. The race track and show ground is minutes away and the beach access is across the street! The location of this gem is priceless. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.
