This elegant 2 level villa offers 6 bedrooms and beautiful Italianate architectural features. This villa is a magnificent beachfront villa with a stunning sea view. It has six king-size bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area. You enter the villa through wrought iron gates that lead to a cozy patio with a plunge pool and a glass-walled entrance. The lobby has two staircases with ornate balustrades that curve up to the upper level. From the lobby on the ground floor, you can see the amazing sea view from the large open plan living space that has air conditioning. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a long granite breakfast bar on the right, and a big dining table on the left. In front of you, facing the ocean, there is a comfortable lounge and TV area. Glass sliding doors take you to a covered terrace with seating and dining area, just steps from the beach. There is also a beachfront sun deck with stylish loungers and a wrought iron gate. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and have marble bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. The elegant staircases take you to the upper level and the other four bedrooms that open from a hallway with an ornate balustraded atrium. The master suite is very romantic and has a lovely balcony with a beach and ocean view and a widescreen TV. The marble bathroom is luxurious and has a spa tub, a big open shower, double vanities and a bidet. Two of the other three bedrooms are connected and share a marble bathroom with a tub. The sixth bedroom has an ensuite marble bathroom with shower.
