Spanning 6,500 square feet, within its four levels, cascades down the hillside between the coast road and the beach below. Each bedroom is situated on a different level providing the ultimate privacy for the entire group. A heated infinity pool and an extensive 1,500-square-foot Pool Deck will ensure your outdoor fun in the sun. Returning guests love the secluded sandy beach offering great snorkeling and sunbathing. When staying at this luxury 5-bedroom, private villa, located right on the beach in Puerto Vallarta's exclusive Conchas Chinas. OVERVIEW This 6,500 square-foot luxury private vacation villa is set within the hillside between the coast road and the ocean below. The architecturally pleasing twin towers act as circular staircases, leading you through the villa and out onto the pool deck. There is direct access to the secluded sandy beach. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with a luxurious bathroom ensuite and a private balcony with views of the sea below. The villa is stylish and comfortable with high-end Mexican furnishings, art, and decor. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and the dining room seats 10. The 1,500-square-foot pool deck is ideal for sunbathing, whale watching, and informal entertaining. and is anchored by a 13’ x 25’ heated infinity pool with an adjacent Jacuzzi & fountain. A wet bar with a refrigerator, palapa roof, and gas BBQ offers a great place to prepare poolside lunch. A full-time staff of three, attend the villa 6 days out of the week. The villa is stocked for your arrival with the food and beverages you have ordered. Frozen margaritas, salsa, guacamole, and tostadas await your Saturday arrival. Your chef prepares two gourmet meals a day from her extensive menu. ( You are reimbursed each day for the food and beverages you have ordered) Living Room: The spacious living room boasts soaring ceilings and a balcony with upscale, traditional Mexican colonial décor and furnishings throughout. Media Room: Modern amenities include: TV, VCR, and the TV is connected to a satellite dish offering CNN news & sports, plus many programs in English. Dining Room: The elegant dining room seats 10 comfortably for dinner. Classic Mexican décor, including hand crafted furniture, china and glassware in fact all you will need for dining and entertaining is available in abundance. Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen has a 6-burner gas range, refrigerator, microwave and a host of small appliances, where your chef will prepare two gourmet meals a day for you from her extensive menu. Try her flan, it's to die for. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Each bedroom has its own bath ensuite and balcony, and is on a different level for maximum privacy. All linens and towels are provided. ARRIVAL REFRESHMENTS AND MENU SELECTION: The house is stocked with staples. To arrange for the food and drink for your first meal and breakfast the next day, we will send you our Guest Arrival Information form. Just fill it out with what you want the villa stocked with and return it two weeks prior to your arrival. If you have requested it, our chef can have guacamole, salsa, frozen margaritas, cold beer, and soft drinks for you when you arrive. The chef will purchase your food and drink each day at the supermarket. You will be responsible for reimbursing for the cost of the food and drink ordered for your stay. You will be provided with detailed receipts.
