Located in Aguada, neighboring Rincon- The surf capital of the Caribbean, this 2600sf house has its own surfing break right out the back door! Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with grand 12-foot ceilings, 2 living rooms, and 3 bedrooms plus a real pull-down queen bed in the upstairs living room (sleeps a total of 10). Each bedroom has A/C and its own bathroom. The Owner's suite has an ocean view and opens to the balcony. From the large balcony watch amazing sunrises/sunsets, surfers, and rainbows. During the migration season, you might even spot Humpback whales. Find and collect sea glass on long walks on the beach. Go fishing, swimming, or snorkel over the reef that is just to the right of the house. The beach is literally your backyard. Even though all of the beaches are public, this feels like a very private spot. A huge side lawn is yours to use as well. Great to let kids run in a protected area off the beach. Bars, restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy are walking distance from the house. Relax at the beach house all day or take the short 5 minutes to drive to Rincon to tour around the city. Perfect for families looking for long-term rentals. Keep in mind this is a residential neighborhood and not suitable for loud parties. Sorry, strictly no pets.
