Anini Beach is basically on your doorstep and the spectacular beach front home. The beach offers year-round snorkelling and paddle-boarding making it ideal for a family vacation to Hawaii. Anini Beach located on the north shore of Kauai is well known for its excellent windsurfing and views of the large coral reef that rings the island. Nearby waters range between four and 100 feet in depth and it is more suitable for water sports than swimming.
The villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which has expansive glass walls that open to the sights and sounds of the sea. The villa is modern in style and has wonderful ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests’ use. There is a wonderful dining area with spectacular sea views.
The property boasts four luxury bedrooms, three of which are in the main house and the other bedroom is in the detached guest house, adjacent to the main property. The first bedroom which is the master features a king size bed and en-suite bath. This bedroom has hot tub on the deck outside making it an ideal room for a couple. The second bedroom can also be found in the main house and features a king bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom has twin beds which can covert to make a king bed if desired. The fourth bedroom is suitable for a couple or grandparents looking to be separate from the rest of the group as it is a duplex guest house with a large bedroom upstairs featuring a queen bed and downstairs you will find a lovely sitting room with kitchenette.
