The villa's location eliminates the necessity for a car during your stay. However, if you do have one, parking is available for a fee in a public parking lot (please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved due to the public nature of the lot).
The villa benefits from the presence of a caretaker, who resides in a small apartment accessed from the terrace.
The generously sized terrace spans 100 square meters (1076 square feet) and features a combination of shaded and open spaces. A tall retractable awning provides partial shade, and the terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, and an external shower. Additionally, a washing machine is conveniently located inside an arch-shaped niche for your use. While the terrace is exclusively reserved for your enjoyment, it is occasionally crossed by the caretaker. From this vantage point, you can relish a breathtaking view of the sea.
