The highlight of this Villa is its expansive private terrace, offering a captivating view of both the sea and Praiano. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning (refer to the description below for details on room installations), winter heating, and WI-FI Internet access. Situated in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, the villa provides convenient access to local amenities, including restaurants, a grocery store, and the local bus stop. The nearest beach is approximately 2 km (1.25 miles) away. Access to Villa Nerea involves ascending an external stairway comprising of only 26 steps from street level. The villa's location eliminates the necessity for a car during your stay. However, if you do have one, parking is available for a fee in a public parking lot (please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved due to the public nature of the lot). The villa benefits from the presence of a caretaker, who resides in a small apartment accessed from the terrace. The generously sized terrace spans 100 square meters (1076 square feet) and features a combination of shaded and open spaces. A tall retractable awning provides partial shade, and the terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, and an external shower. Additionally, a washing machine is conveniently located inside an arch-shaped niche for your use. While the terrace is exclusively reserved for your enjoyment, it is occasionally crossed by the caretaker. From this vantage point, you can relish a breathtaking view of the sea.
