You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 100 meters (330 feet), and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach the villa from the street level by going down a stairway that consists of approximately 70 steps. You will not need a car to stay at this villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) and large. You will be able to enter it from the first living room. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The first living room is paved with handmade terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room, you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room, you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and an Italian-style coffee maker.
