Seventeenth-century historic Praiano is the sister village of Positano but more traditional in terms of the locals, dining, and shopping. Glitzy Positano is a short ride on the shuttle bus and of course, you can take a water taxi back and forth. The closest beach is half a mile away.
Nestled in the charming historical center of Praiano, which consists of a cluster of whitewashed villas nestled around the eighteenth-century church of San Luca. The homes of Praino enjoy sloping gardens filled with flowers and citrus trees and offers a charm from eras gone by.
OVERVIEW:
The swimming pool is13 ft by 20ft which is super large by Italian standards. The villas main first terrace is 430 sq ft and furnished with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and a hammock and a barbecue. The second terrace is on the roof level and is 2150 square feet in size. You will be able to enter it from the main terrace along an external stairway and enjoys a gazebo. On the terrace, you will find a fitness area equipped with a home gym, a fitness bench, and a rowing machine. From the terrace, you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. The garden area is filled with flowers and fruit and citrus trees and is an enchanting place for reading and relaxing.
The living room boasts vaulted ceilings not typical in many of the area villas and has been furnished with an emphasis on comfort and class. The kitchen is chef quality and our American guests appreciate the five-burner gas cooker, electric stove, freezer, and all the dish and cookware. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests.
