This villa is a welcoming three-story villa situated a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 19 people. From the villa, you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearby buildings and, partially, of the sea at a distance. This villa is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features private terraces, a private patio, two private gardens, air conditioning (please read the description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating, and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in a limited traffic zone in the heart of Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 250 meters (820 feet), and the closest beach (Maiori Beach) at 80 meters (approximately 260 feet). You will reach Villa from the street level by going up an external stairway that consists of approximately 16 steps. You will not need a car to stay at this villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
