This luxury two story Positano Villa enjoys breathtaking view of the sea, Positano and the Amalfi Coast . The Villa is around 2475 square feet which is large by Italy standards. A rare opportunity to vacation at a villa in Positano that enjoys a private swimming pool ! When staying in Positano careful attention must be spent on ensuring you have the perfect terrace after all the views are why you are visiting! This villa enjoys a more than spacious private terrace with a truly spectacular view of the sea, Additionally (another hard to find item) this villa enjoys air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. When you reside at this luxury Villa you will have the added benefit to be situated in the heart of Positano close to restaurants, the shops and the beach but you are not so central that you will be bothered by excess noise. The internal Positano bus has a stop 150 feet from the home for added convenience. You will reach the Villa from the street level going down approximately 100 stairway steps. (short by Positano standards) We advise not bringing a car to Positano as it is not necessary and parking can be expensive. Call your local U.S. based Positano Emerald Kite agent to learn more about transportation and parking options. The infinity swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep and can be heated for a daily fee. There is a unique whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area has a wide selection of outdoor furniture including, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. PLEASE NOTE -The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October. The garden enjoys lovely shade created by the citrus and fig trees. Another feature that our North American Guests love is the barbecue grill. From the garden you will enjoy stunning views of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast line. This home has a wellness/fitness room located off the living area and accessible from the third bedroom, you will find an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench. Rarely do guests need these item as getting around the steps in Positano is a workout in itself. There is also a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Positano, and a Turkish bath. The first living room enjoys cool marble floor and elegant furnishings. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you can access the pool through two French doors. This room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
