A truly magnificent three-story luxury villa situated on a promontory facing the sea features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning and WI-FI Internet access.
Stroll from the villa to restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach the villa from the street level going down a stairway.
You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is fully equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
