A public footpath of around 260 steps leads down from the villa to the sea and public beach below and there is a road without steps that can get you most of the way to the center. The heart of this home is the furnished terraces, adorned with flourishing plants and flowers and featuring a pretty pergola. A pool and a jacuzzi offer a relaxing environment and open views of the sea. There are two 25-m² terraces, the first accessed from the first-floor lounge, the second from the garden. Both terraces are partially shaded and furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The villa blends modern coastal comfort with classic Positano Coast charm, featuring shiny, brightly colored ceramic flooring and antique furnishings. The living space is on the first floor, including a lounge with two sofas and armchairs and a dining table for ten, and a gleaming modern kitchen accessed directly from the lounge.
