The location of this Villa is perfect as its south of Positano village and just within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the centre. This magnificent residence consists of the top two floors , with only 45 small stairs leading up to the entrance. The rooms are huge and there are two very beautiful large terraces that offer spectacular panoramic views of the rocky cliffs, seacoast villages and the Galli Islands.
The swimming pool is wonderful and shared by the other apartment but only if not rented in totality. Across the street, two hundred steps lead directly down to the beach below however the bus or a walk along the street levels will be stair-less into Positano and down to the beach, restaurants and to get the Ferry to Capri.
BEDROOM Layout.

The upper level consists of a huge open-plan living room on the first level, with a fireplace, sofas, piano and TV.There is a separate dining room and modern kitchen with six gas burners. The floors are white tile, with lovely woolen rugs. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet and clothes washer on this level. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master room has a large double bed and direct access to a wonderful terrace. The middle room has two beds that can be made up together as a queen or separately as twins. The third bedroom has twin beds, with doors opening onto the large terrace, also with spectacular sea view. There is another kitchen on this level that has been carved out of the exposed stone. The bathroom on this level has a tub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink and an unusual and attractive stone wall.
The lower level is a separate apartment located on the floor below the villa. offering a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, balcony with sea view, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and the other bedroom has a balcony with sea view and the bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. There is a washing machine. Inn the summer there is air conditioning. Outside is a terrace with umbrella, table and chairs.
The Upper Level-consists of an additional apartment located on the higher level of the garden, a charming nest with a double-bedroom suite, with living area, a well equipped kitchenette and an en suite bathroom...all with a stunning view on the sea.
