In the true spirit of grand designs, this villa not only manages to cling onto the rugged cliffs of Positano but still boasts a swimming pool and the elusive bonus of private parking. In this colourful and vertiginous Italian town, known for its breath-taking views along the Amalfi Coast, the villa offers the convenience of a lift from the garage, which can house four medium-sized cars, to the luxury of the two floors above. Inside you’ll find six spacious bedrooms with many of them opening to a private balcony offering views of the glittering sea below. This villa is traditionally decorated and features three well-equipped kitchens and six bathrooms. Enjoy the living room, which opens up to a terrace covered with glass panels, or session in the private gym. After a day exploring Positano’s pebble beach, or taking the boat to Capri (in the summer), you can relax in your private pool, or in one of the two Jacuzzi’s, and simply enjoy the view with a cool glass of rosé. As the villa lies in the town centre you can take an evening stroll to the exclusive strip of boutiques and bars. GROUND FLOOR Private garage (for four medium or large cars).
