Ideally located just 1.5 km (0.6 miles) from the beautiful beaches of Marina del Cantone, Enjoy the use of a platform shared among the guests of the residence.and a free shuttle service will take you to the beach. This Villa consists of is a charming portion that is part of the villa that will sleep 7 guests. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the swimming pool and of the sea as well as the use of a large shared pool. You will be ideally located in the center of Nerano, where you will enjoy local restaurants , shops and the stop for the local bus. The beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). This first floor property is lovely and the beautiful garden can be reached by and external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.If you bring a car you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards) Complex Description This elegant residence is made up of two country houses that have been divided up into five apartments with shared garden and swimming pool.You can enjoy splendid panoramas of the sea and the Amalfi Coast from both the garden and the terraces. The place is airy and full of light and sunshine. The garden is in front of the building and is enclosed by a long stonewall as would be a large terrace. When you look over this wall, you see only sky, sea and the charming shape of the Bay of Nerano. The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have an enchanting view of the sea and of the bay of Nerano.
