From this villa you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. It is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic shared terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach.
To stay at this rental you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a parking space.
This condo is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The complex is nestled in a terraced land in a prominent position. It is placed before the blue sky and the blue sea, and it is surrounded by the vivid green of a lawn and the lush Mediterranean vegetation.
The small complex is divided in 4 cottages, an independent house and the main villa.
As soon as you arrive on the terraces, your eyes will meet the wide arch of the Gulf of Salerno: on the right you will have a picturesque glimpse of the Amalfi Coast, while on the left and further away you will see the mountainous coast of the Parco Nazionale del Cilento (National Park of Cilento).
And if you look down right below, you will see a long and steep stretch of verdant coast due to cultivations of lemons which seem to plunge into the sea. And at sea level, you will see from the above the little village of Vietri Sul Mare, unmistakable for its wide beach of grey sand and the large shining majolica dome and bell tower of its cathedral.
The air is transparent and perfume-filled, and the colors are bright: by looking around near the complex, you will be able to see bits of the roofs of some houses immersed in the surrounding green. You will soon realize, just as I did, that this place is an angle of paradise. Lucky the one who can live here forever!
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
