- The patio is equipped with a stainless steel propane BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. (Propane tanks available upon request for an additional fee.)
- Unwind by the wood-burning outdoor fire pit, ideal for cozy evenings under the stars.
LIVING AREA:
- A formal dining room comfortably seats up to 8 guests.
- Relax on the sleeper sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the large smart TV.
KITCHEN:
- Our fully stocked kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water, freezer, and microwave.
BEDROOMS (4):
- The house accommodates up to 10 guests with four spacious bedrooms, each featuring Smart TVs.
- A Pack and Play and high chair are available on-site for families.
- Enjoy the versatility of a queen-sized sofa sleeper and a premium air mattress available for a delivery fee.
GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is exclusively for your private enjoyment.
- You will receive personalized self-check-in instructions three days prior to your arrival.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Expect weekly landscaping service typically on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the mornings.
- Weekly pool cleaning service takes place on Mondays and Fridays in the mornings.
POOL:
- The heated pool is available for an additional service fee. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty; we ask all guests to enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents or injuries. No diving or glass containers are allowed near the pool area; please use plastic cups provided in the kitchen.
GARBAGE:
- Please place used garbage bins at the front of the driveway on Sunday and Wednesday nights before collection. We appreciate your help in bringing the bins back to the side of the house afterwards. Pompano Beach’s garbage collection is every Monday and Thursday morning, and three bins are provided on the side of the house.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
- Parties, receptions, and events are not permitted. As the home is situated in a residential neighborhood, please adhere to local ordinances regarding noise levels. Excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM can result in the termination of your reservation and additional fees. Contact us with any questions about entertaining on the property.
PARKING:
- The driveway in front of the property accommodates three cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.
