INTERIOR:
Villa Santa Barbara comfortably sleeps six and can sleep as many as 7-8. An Aero Mattress, Pack-n-Play High Chair, and Stroller are available and must be requested at the time of reservation from management for an additional fee.
Level 1:
Upon entering Villa Santa Barbara , you are greeted by a spacious open foyer entry. Entering the main living area of the Villa Santa Barbara SBV37, you immediately notice the open style granite kitchen (with custom wood cabinetry and stainless appliances) overlooking the dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you will need while on vacation (dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker toaster, pots & pans, etc.) Simply bring your food and beverages! The main living area is both open, spacious, and furnished with an oversized leather sectional sleeper sofa and a 55 Inch LED High Definition Television. The living areas offer direct, unobstructed, access, and views of the private outdoor dining and lounge area. The private outdoor lounge area offers dining for six (6), as well as a stainless propane BBQ. Should you require a workspace (hopefully you will not have to work too hard while on vacation!), there is secured WIFI throughout the villa. The main living area does offer a half bathroom, which is located off the living and kitchen area. In addition, the first level of the villa offers a full-size washer and dryer.
Level 2:
The second floor offers a private, spacious, Master Suite Bedroom equipped with a King Size Bed, a large walk-in closet, a 40" LED High Definition Television, and a private, ensuite, bathroom. Bedroom Two is equipped with a Queen Size Bed, a 32" LED High Definition Television and direct Full-Size Bathroom access. Bedroom Three is equipped with Queen Size Bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a 32" LED High Definition Television. Bedrooms two and three share a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination in which each bedroom offers direct bathroom access.
EXTERIOR:
The main feature of Villa Santa Barbara certainly lies in the resort style, community, Heated Pool + Jacuzzi Hot Tub Lounge Area! Both spacious and well equipped, the resort Heated Pool + Jacuzzi Hot Tub Lounge Area offers a relaxing and certainly enjoyable atmosphere with multiple chaise lounge chairs throughout. There are multiple outside dining tables that offer both cover (shaded) areas, as well as the open area should you prefer to dine and relax in the open sunlight. In addition, the poolside lounge area is equipped with a stainless propane BBQ.
