The lower level offers a second King size suite, children’s bunk room with foosball table, plus a television room with spacious seating comprised of Two twin size day beds for additional sleeping.
Framed by the Main and Guest House structures, is the infinity pool, overlooking the ocean , and an outdoor covered grilling area with shaded additional seating for communal gatherings. The guest house has a separate entrance with a powder room adjacent to the main entrance , which provides access from the pool, outdoor living area, and the main floor of the house.
It features Two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms which mirror each other downstairs. Ensuite bathrooms have large open showers and impressive large concrete sinks. Both Bedrooms open onto the lower terrace with direct access to stairs that lead to the yoga palapa and beach trail.
