: First Floor: Master: King bed with private bath (walk-in shower) Bedroom 2: Queen with twin bunk on top (has private door to guest bathroom) Bedroom 3: Bunk with queen bottom, twin top Bathroom 2: double vanity with shower/tub combo Beds for 8. Max allowed is 8. Large balcony off back door with stairs that lead down to ground area patio. Ground Floor: Guests can enjoy the oversized hot tub (not accessible for small children), and a table with small firepit with plenty of seating. There is a small grill for guest use. Guests are also welcome to the beach buggy, beach chairs and toys downstairs. There is also a private shower for those sandy beach days! FEATURES This home is elegant and ready to entertain making spending time with loved ones that much easier. With a little over 1500 square feet, it offers a HUGE wrap around deck with ample seating to enjoy the white sand and the Florida weather. - No contact arrival (go straight to the condo with codes) - Lots of outside seating with small fire pit - Fully equipped kitchen (what you have at home + more) - Washer and dryer - All linens and towels - Secure wifi - Cable in each room - Beach towels - Starter amenities Please note: the third story of the house (the top floor) is not part of the rental. It's not viewed in any of the pictures except the shots of the entire house from the road. Have a 2-minute walk to the beach and a trolley stop a block away (Pensacola Beach Trolley is FREE and runs Memorial Weekend to Labor Day).
