This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the water.All of the beds and the sofa sleeper (@ den) are new and have new gel foam (very comfortable) mattresses. You WILL want to come back! The kitchen has a wall of sliding glass doors that open to decks overlooking the Sound. The gourmet kitchen is very well equipped with a 48" Thermador professional stove and a new, large microwave drawer. Everything you need is there! On the west side of the home there are two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sleeps eight comfortably.There is a king bed in the master, a king bed + futon in the second master and a new (very comfortable) sleeper in the den. All the beds and mattresses are new and have super comfortable gel foam mattresses. Both of the bedrooms have private baths, jacuzzi tubs and balconies with wonderful views. The open floor plan @ the den/ kitchen + balcony presents a very gracious space for entertaining. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need.The home offers two full laundries and all of the bedrooms in the house have TV's. The roof top deck is HUGE (625 square feet) and is easily accessible from any floor. It is safely fenced and furnished with beautiful Polywood Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges.
