The home has direct views of the Gulf and it's only a very short 500' walk to the beach to put your feet in the surf/sand. Plenty of parking exists both under the house as well as in the two driveways to help host large groups. The home has one king master with its own private bath, three queen guest rooms, where two of them share a hall bath and two of them share a Jack-and-Jill bath, and there are also two additional rooms with double over double bunk beds and a single trundle. The living area has three-sofas for plenty of seating one of which is a sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Gas grill. Complimentary WiFi The private swimming pool with travertine deck is able to be heated for the cooler months. (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.)
