You’ll have almost 3,000 square feet of deck space overlooking the fenced backyard and private gunite pool. The new pergola and expanded outdoor living area, complete with a gas grill, make it easy to enjoy alfresco dining or lounge in comfort. There’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days.
For added fun, this home includes a ping pong table, foosball, basketball game, and cornhole, ensuring entertainment for all ages.
